A 1930 bungalow and three 2024 cottages on one lot in Burlington's New North End, across the street from Ethan Allen Park. Can be booked together for groups up to 20.

## Park House — 22 Park Street, Burlington, VT 05401
A Victorian-era house on Battery Park, steps from the waterfront and a few blocks from Church Street. Garden Side and The Loft book together for groups up to 10.

## House facts (all units)

- access: Keypad door lock; the code arrives by message the morning of check-in with the Boarding Pass.

- cameras: Exterior cameras on the parking areas at both addresses and on the front of the house at Ethan Allen; no recording devices inside any unit.
- alexa: Each unit has an Amazon Echo; unplug it if you prefer.
- kitchen: Every unit: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dinnerware and cookware; coffee grinder and blender in all but Park Side.
- family: Travel crib and booster seat in every unit except Park Side.
- wheelchair: Not wheelchair accessible at present.
- grills: Gas grill at every unit (one for the Bungalow, one shared by the cottages, one shared at Park House).
- fire: Gas fire table in the shared yard at Park House only.
- parking: Free off-street parking at both addresses; the Ethan Allen driveway is marked with a Frog Jump sign.
